Our Return Policy:
We want your shopping experience to be as pleasurable and hassle free as possible. Everything at buckperry.com is 100% guaranteed for quality. Authorization must be obtained from our office prior to returning any merchandise. If we are at fault, we will gladly give you a refund (minus original shipping cost) or make adjustments upon receipt of the merchandise returned. We do not charge a restocking fee; however, goods must be returned in the original cartons and in resalable condition.

We do not share your personal information with anyone, and it will never be given or sold to any third parties.
What if an item is temporarily out of stock:
If you want to be notified that an item on your order is temporarily out of stock we will gladly do so. Be sure to include your email or telephone number. Otherwise we will fill the remainder of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item. If a spoonplug is temporarily out of stock we automatically substitute a similar color spoonplug unless you specify "No color substitutions."

On-Line Orders - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
An extra shipping charge of $3.50 has been added to the price of each fishing rod for extra packaging.
Mail or Fax Orders - To order via mail or fax, print and fill out the order form, attach a cashier's check (no personal checks) or money order, or include your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover information and mail or fax it to us.
